  1. Boil water for pasta and cook the pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet on medium high heat and add the turkey sausage; cook for 10 minutes until the meat is cooked through. By this time the pasta should be ready.
  3. Add the pasta, salsa, lime zest + pulp and cilantro leaves and season to taste.
  4. Combine and serve hot.
