1 19oz (540 ml) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup (120 ml) salsa
1 tbsp (15 ml) chili powder
1 tsp (5 ml) cumin
1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) salt
3 cups (250 g) cheddar cheese, shredded
8 large flour tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
Divide filling evenly among 8 tortillas.
Sprinkle cheese over filling.
Roll burritos by folding the sides in then rolling the tortilla from bottom to top ensuring to tuck in the filling. Place rolled burritos onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
