Serves:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, Dijon mustard, cumin, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Place turkey in a non-metal bowl or pan and pour half of the olive oil mixture over the turkey, coating it on all sides.
  3. Reserve remaining olive oil mixture until ready to use. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
  4. Preheat grill to medium high. Grill marinated turkey pieces for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Slice turkey into thin strips and in a large bowl mix it with black beans, corn, red pepper and green onions.
  6. Pour reserved olive oil mixture on top of mixture, stirring in cilantro. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
