1 8 oz.(227 g) prebaked thin Pizza Shell or Flatbread
6 Eggs
4 slices Bacon-style Turkey, chopped and cooked
1 cup (250 mL) shredded Mozzarella cheese
½ cup (125 mL) chopped Red and/or Green Pepper
1 small Onion, chopped
Directions
Spray a 12-inch (30 cm) pizza pan or baking sheet with vegetable spray.
Place pizza shell on pizza pan.
Using a 2-1/2-inch (7 cm) cookie cutter, cut out six circles from pizza shell, evenly spaced and about 1-inch (2.5 cm) from edge. Remove circles and save for another use.
Break one egg into each hole.
Sprinkle pizza with turkey bacon, cheese, peppers and onion.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12 to 14 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
