  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat (375°F | 190°C).
  2. Heat a large cast iron pan over direct heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Once the cast iron pan is hot, add oil, turkey, peppers and onion and stir well.
  4. Grill for 5 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and spices to the cast iron pan.
  6. Continue stirring until turkey is fully cooked.
  7. Serve in soft tortillas with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
