Tip: If turkey scallopini is not available in your store, slice partially frozen turkey breast into slices and pound to 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thickness.
- Combine all ingredients except turkey. Brush on turkey scallopini.
- Grill over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes each side or until no longer pink in the centre.
- As an alternative, the turkey can be pan-fried in 1 Tbsp (15 mL) oil for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
