2 tsp (10 mL) sriracha chili sauce, such as Frank’s RedHot® Slammin’ Sriracha® Hot Sauce
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
2 tsp (10 mL) sesame oil
1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp (30 mL) toasted sesame seeds
TIPS: Like it sweeter? Add 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey to Mustard mixture. Switch it up: For a milder heat, substitute Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce for the Sriracha sauce.
Directions
Honey Mustard and sriracha sauce are combined for a tangy and zingy rub for turkey thighs.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season thighs with salt and pepper.
Stir together Mustard, Sriracha and sesame oil; brush all over thighs.
Place thighs in roasting pan. Roast for 45 to 50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds.
