  • In a medium sized frying pan, over medium heat, heat the olive oil and cook the turkey just until it is cooked through breaking it up as it cooks.
  • Add the butter, chopped shallots and minced garlic, sauté until translucent & fragrant.
  • Add the artichokes, the basil, cayenne and whipping cream, stir to combine.
  • Cook at a gentle boil until sauce has slightly thickened and stir in the cheese.
  • Add the hot cooked pasta to the pan, stir in the parsley and toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  • Garnish with extra grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkling of fresh basil.
