250 g of boneless, skinless Turkey breast –cut into small bite sizes
½ cup of water
½ tsp of pepper powder
1 Tbsp of coriander, finely chopped
2 tsp of salt
Directions
Take a pan and add oil to medium heat, then add the onions, garlic paste and ginger paste with 1 tsp of salt.
After the onion are sautéed well, add the chopped tomatoes with green chillies, chili powder and garam masala powder. Sauté well for 2 minutes and it will start to get a little soft.
Add the peanut butter and mix well.
Add the yogurt/coconut milk with ½ tsp salt and mix well.
Add the chopped turkey breast with ½ tsp of salt and close the lid. Keep this in for 10 minutes on medium heat and 15 minutes on low until cooked through and no longer pink inside.
Garnish with pepper powder and coriander leaves before serving.
