4 oz. Canadian turkey (from Thanksgiving leftover)
2 Tbsp cranberry sauce
1/4 cup stuffing
1 cup of spinach
TIP: Don’t soak bread in gravy for too long, as you don’t want it to be soggy!
Directions
Toast 2 slices of bread and soak the other piece in gravy.
Place toasted bread on cutting board. Add mayo, chives and parsley to a bowl and mix together until combined. Add herb mayo to the bottom slice of bread followed by mashed potatoes. Add Canadian Turkey slices on top. Add the gravy-soaked bread on top, followed by cranberry sauce, stuffing, and spinach.
Add herb mayo to the top piece of bread and add to sandwich. Cut in half and enjoy!
