  1. Precook 1 cup of brown rice in a rice cooker and let sit.
  2. Mix turkey, Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, scotch bonnet pepper sauce, curry, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper into a bowl.
  3. Add extra virgin olive oil to a large frying pan and heat on medium-high along with onions and butter. Once heated, add turkey and mixed contents. Stir often.  Cook for approximately 8 minutes.
  4. Add celery, green beans, cooked rice and kidney beans to the pan and stir contents. Turn heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add kale, spinach and bell peppers. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Taste contents and add additional salt and pepper to your liking.  Enjoy!
