Serves: 6
  1. In a large Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.  Add chopped onion and cook until it’s starting to turn brown, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes more.
  3. Stir in ground turkey and cook until no longer pink, about 7 minutes.
  4. Stir in carrots, red peppers, and cocoa powder.
  5. Stir in spices, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste.
  6. Simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
  7. Stir in maple syrup, parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve over fresh crusty rolls.
