Sliders
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the brie, baguette, mayo and the oil.
  2. Mix well and form into 12 small slider patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1-2 tsp of oil.
  4. Add the sliders to the pan and cook for 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. While the sliders are cooking top the baguette slices or the slider buns with mayo.
  6. Once the slider are cooked top them with the brie and put them on the buns.
  7. Top the sliders with the Green Apple Relish and serve.

Green Apple Relish

  1. Put the vinegar, water, sugar, bay leaf, salt, mustard seed, and chili flakes in a small pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Cut the apple into match sticks and put in the pot along with the half onion.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes then serve.
