  1. Combine all ingredients of homemade taco mix and store in an air-tight container for up to 6 weeks.
  2. Preheat oven to 400oF (205oC). In a large pan, sauté turkey and onions until cooked. Add homemade taco mix and ½ cup (125 mL) water. Simmer 2-3 minutes until most of the water is absorbed.
  3. Using a store-bought or homemade pizza crust, spread on a base of refried beans. Top with turkey mixture, tomatoes, cheese, and green onions. Bake for 12-15 minutes until brown and heated through.
  4. Remove from oven and toss on a handful of fresh arugula (if using).
